Control Wheel Recoat Services

Cygnet Aerospace no longer offers these services due to the poor level of quality of the Beech wheel castings we have been recieving for recoats. It is easier to manufacture a new control wheel than to repair and recoat an old one.

Note in the pictures to the right the poor fit of thumbplates and faceplates to recoated wheels.

We suggest the purchase of a new Cygnet Control Wheel and selling of your old Beech control wheel; ($200-$250) on eBay or to a vendor that deals with used controls.
